Greetings fellow wizards! IT…IS…DONE!
/dance
Finally, after months of work (which is to say months of me being kind of a slacker), the site is up. We’re pretty happy with it so far, but it isn’t completely done. I wanted to take a moment to give you an idea of what you could expect to see here in the months to come:
- The Ravenwood Radio back catalog made available through the site. This is going to be a Herculean task, and definitely one I’m not looking forward to, but it needs to be done. I’ll probably start by posting up episodes 48 through the most current episode, and then post up the older episodes two or three at a time. Along with the episodes I’ll include detailed show notes so you can read more about what we’re discussing on any given episode.
- Blog posts! Our cast and crew is made up of a group of very accomplished and knowledgeable Wizard101 players, and we all look forward to sharing news and opinion on the web site as well as on the show.
- A forum! We haven’t decided exactly what forum we’re going to use or exactly how we’ll include it in the site, but we definitely want to include a forum for our listeners and for the community. I’ll keep you posted.
- A more detailed, robust, and up-to-date links page. One aspect of the show I’ve never been happy with is our inability to promote community blogs. We’re going to fix that. Effective immediately, should you like your blog listed on ravenwoodradio.com, please e-mail your blog name, the URL, and a short description of your blog’s content to podcast (at) ravenwoodradio (dot) com.
- Guides! We’ve done some brief but fairly comprehensive guides on farming, pets, PvP and gardening on the show, but they’ve been limited to the show itself. While that’s helpful, it’s hard to look up the information you need by listening to the show over and over. In the near future we plan to pull that information out and present it in easy-to-access guides that will be available on the site.
Do you have any suggestions? We’d be happy to hear them – shoot us an e-mail to podcast (at) ravenwoodradio (dot) com. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the new site and continue to enjoy the show.
See y’all in class.

Nice to see the site getting a face lift and things. Too bad the forums disappeared. It’s ok, I have my exhaustively comprehensive manual on puppet playing saved up. i think it would be of a great donation to anyone who cares about minions. If you want I can send an attachment file through e-mail?
It covers everything from how the minion targets enemies to how to get the best out of the minions. Even though the main focus is on Myth minions, all of the behaviors mentioned are sure to be found more or less in other minions. Only difference being some of the spells cast and the inherent stats of each minion.
Hello. Um…Where are the previous RR shows?
They’re where they always are – the iTunes feed Ravenwood Radio Live. In the not-too-distant future they’ll be listed here as well, as I mentioned in the post.
Hey i have been playing this game since it came out and i am only LvL 34 lol. i have spent over 180 dollers on this game oh and a cant seem to find older podcasts posts? and it looks like a few other ppl are coming out with wiz101 podcats but no mater i will always listen to yours
Keller,
We’ll be posting all future podcasts on the site, as well as on the iTunes feed Ravenwood Radio Live. We’ll also begin posting ALL past podcasts as well on the site; until they’re up, however, you can get them on iTunes.
I like the new site. I am the guy who bought no ravens hoard packs. The reason is my mom thinks i spend to much money on the game and wont let me buy $60 worth
Awesome! I can’t wait for these new features to the new site. I especially can’t wait for the show guides to be posted
